Reinvent Your Life by Changing What You Do Each Day to Create Your Future by Design

Contributor: Connie Ragen Green

You can reinvent your life by making small changes to what you are doing in your daily activities. For example, if you wish to leave your job and to begin a new career as an entrepreneur, you would want to take a class to learn something that would help you make this transition. This would give you an opportunity to hone your skills and to determine exactly what you want to do. If you are thinking about making a huge change in your life, get started right away with a plan to make that happen.

No matter what your age or previous circumstances, you can reinvent yourself by moving to a new city, starting a business, or becoming involved in new activities that will stimulate you. I did this at age 50, when I decided to leave my position as a classroom teacher and work exclusively on the Internet. The first year was a difficult transition for me, because I had not prepared myself for this change. My recommendation is to do some research into what you want to do, before actually doing it.

After that first year I was off to a great start. I now write every day, something I had wanted to do for years. I also moved to a new city and became involved with several charities and non-profit organizations. Making these changes gave me a fresh start with a life I could not have even imagined before.

Don’t let anyone or anything dissuade you from making the changes you want to make to your life. Reinvention is a personal process that everyone deserves to experience.

Remember that the reason to start an Internet business is to give you the time and financial freedom to live the life you choose.
